CYC Ministries is a part of Christian Youth Camps Ltd.
We run Holiday Camps at four campsites in Victoria, Australia; CYC The Island, Phillip Island Adventure Resort, Forest Edge and Adanac CYC. We also run a series of Leadership Development Weekends throughout the year; Refocus, Refresh and Refuel. In addition to this there are Summer and Winter LIT Programs for people 14+ who are interested in Leadership.
The core of the ministry is a team of volunteers (Leaders), who come from various churches around Melbourne and Victoria (and some even from interstate or overseas!)
We believe in young people having the potential to positively influence their peers and the upcoming generation, and we aim to invest into them, and equip them to serve both on camps and in their local churches and communities.
Holiday Camps (a temporary community in a positive, safe and supportive environment) are an amazingly fruitful ministry, where we see lives changed every camp - both Leaders and Campers alike.
