Three Leadership Development Weekends are held throughout the year; Refocus, Refresh and Refuel.
The weekends include both theory and practical elements of Leadership, spiritual input through worship and keynote sessions, as well as a collection of elective workshops in different areas. There is also the chance to enjoy "being on camp" in a relaxed environment with others who share your passion for Leadership.
Our desire is to provide Leaders with training and development opportunities that not only assist them in becoming better Leaders on camp, but that challenge, inspire and equip them in day to day life. Although the weekends are designed mainly for our Leaders or others interested in Camp Leadership, the weekends are open to those who simply want to improve their Leadership in a broader context (such as at Youth Group) or who may be interested in Leadership, but aren't sure.
The cost of our Leadership Weekends is heavily subsidised at only $40 for the weekend, but we're sure you'll agree they're worth much more!
